Operation Monsun question
On the IIA and IIC only one propeller is turning, even tho the battery is at 100% and the charge battery is set to off.
Anyway to fix this? Also in 1939 how is my tiny IIC moving at 6 knots in rough seas at dusk visible to a merchant at 10+ KM? Also why is an American merchant man marked as red in 1939?
