PT Boats Quits Unexpectedly After Loading

I just got the game maybe 10 mins ago, and it wont work

the loading video plays, but then everything goes black, and if i press anything it says unexpected error.

Graphic Cards: Nvidia GTX 260M CUDA 1GB

GeForce FX 5700LE?
While your Gfx card is probably not the cause of your problem, you'll be very lucky indeed if that will actually run the game, as its one generation below the minimum specs.
