It looks like your problems are down to issues with either the plug-in or your computer settings.
Disable FF plug-in and if that doesn't work try downloading wth Internet Explorer. |

I think Jim is correct. I use firefox and have problems with certain web sites; there is a firefox plugin that allows you to open the page in IE. When I have a problem, I do this and it solves the problem.

Disabling Firefox Addon Download Status Bar seems to correct the problem.

I lied. One download worked, now I still have the "Slow down! You're trying to download too fast." Message.
If I didn't have problems, I'd think I wasn't me, but someone else. |

To the left near my icon, the site claims I have downloaded 53 times. Would that that were so. In fact, given my download problems, I have only successfully downloaded from Subsim SH3 four or five times. But I think I have attempted to download probably about 53 times. As it is, I have more or less given up downloading from this site. I google, download from BTS. Sucks.
