Well. The other problem that has started is that in the actual game, if I do get a torpedo hit, the game crashes just as the torp hits. I am guessing this may be a video card/driver problem because the game doesn't know how to play the explosion animation. Just a theory. I am going to reinstall and see if I can figure this out.

Sounds like you were better off with the torpedoes passing right trough the target.
![]() Make sure you install the directX9 that came on the disk, that sometimes will cause this type of problem. Magic

Ok. Reinstalled and that seemed to fix it. I also made sure to install the directX version that came with the game. Thanks everyone for your help. Back to the deep...
