its not much of a look with only a few seconds to see but i did like the way the planes dove and manuvered so i hope that means they have a realistic motion to them now

Looks good so far. The one thing I noticed was when they were at periscope depth and the escorts were firing there front guns, you could hear the guns going off. I dont think in real life you would have heard that at periscope depth, under water and surrounded by all that steel & water.

it's a representative video, we shouldn't take everything we can see as really in-game feature.

For instance, when periscope is getting down after the third zoom on the firing DD, we can see its propellers.. but probably DDs are 500-1000m far (as the first zoom periscope scene shows) ..so can we see 500m far propellers when submerged? I guess no. Or, on other hands.. the game is a first person viewer, so why we can see the captain figure giving orders?
