Nonsense. Both my grandpa and grandma are over 80 and they drink themselves silly every weekend.

Taking care of teeth and knees isn't nearly enough unfortunately. There's the back, the hearing, vision, ankles, elbows, shoulders, neck, etc etc et-dadgum-c. These days it'd be easier for me to name the parts that don't hurt and I only turned 50 yesterday.

This part is spot on. I wish I'd have quit a quarter century before I did.
