You can't normally get one. Somebody has to put it on disc and mail it to you. I'd do it myself, but I think Big Jim just took care of that.

Most definitely.

The exe and 7 bin file version as well as the torrent for said version as well as the single file exe version are available from my FF page (link below my sig).

The single file exe version is also available at http://www.btsmods.com/index.php but you will need to register at the site first.
