Hi Hunters
...guess it's off to the 'Chop Shop' the problem still persists. there are some links on the web i have been following but with no success. if you know of anything about this loss of cpu with the two processess i have mentioned ( svchost.exe and wuaucit.exe )...i'd be glad to hear from you!  (... ...)
