jollyroger131's link on the previous page worked fine for me just now. Click on the ENIGMART_GOLD.rar to download it - the further links don't work but it does download ok.

yes someone must have these tools somewhere, would be a great help to all , just like the last piece in the puzzle. great sim all the same .
