SHIIIGen, is the only program that i know of that displayed a sort of gods eye view of what was in harbours. You could adjust the intellegence level to fit your own gaming experience. I would send you a link but,
I lost all my file's on my hard drive some time ago, I am in the process of trying to find most of the patches and games I had stored on my machine. I can't remember off the top of my head where I found that mod.
