open the mod and use the file found inside the main folder, this is the cause of most issues like this.

never unzip mods directly into jsgme, unzip them to another location like your documents the confirm you have the correct folder before placing it in jsgme.

some mods contain an inner folder which is the actual mod and jsgme can only see past one folder so if its a double folder it cant load it.

to confirm you are using the actual mod folder, when you open it you will see the data folder inside it.
