TMO 1.7 Mods

I have TMO 1.7 installed and it is working fine, I also added the TWO mods or Patches, Optic and Radar- they installed but don't work. The optics are still stock and I don't have a clue what the radar patch does. Any ideas what is wrong?

open the mod and use the file found inside the main folder, this is the cause of most issues like this.

never unzip mods directly into jsgme, unzip them to another location like your documents the confirm you have the correct folder before placing it in jsgme.

some mods contain an inner folder which is the actual mod and jsgme can only see past one folder so if its a double folder it cant load it.

to confirm you are using the actual mod folder, when you open it you will see the data folder inside it.

I have this same problem though, and it isn't because of the mod set-up. Sometimes I can go in a change the files of the game directly and it still won't register.

Those are the mods I have in right now. All the ones I know about are listed, and the others I just haven't had an opportunity to check yet.

I have even gone into the files and changed the time compression near land to 1024, but it still stays at 4 in the game.

I just seems that the big ones work, while the ones that only change a file or two don't.
