Your OK if its an EVGA Card. The 9800 GX2 is not produced either. They will get you the equiv or upgrade it to the next best thing (equal to 8800GTS) they have instock. Which would be probably be a 9800 GTX, GTS 250/260 in your case. So hey I think you would be ok.

I have been an EVGA fan since my 7800GS card. They are a good company.

I've noticed this myself with hardware company's that give lifetime warranty's.

BFG and ULTRA for example too.

And quick turnaround.
