Sorry to be a voice out of the "chorus(?)" but i play BF2 online practically daily, since 3-4 months now, and NEVER had problems of this sort (never had to suspect someone of cheating). But this is not even the point... actually I don't care if someone cheats !
People that cheat do themselves a bad service in first place, and theyr game will result as a damn poor experience... they will never feel they "gained" anything, they will remain poor retards. Most of the servers I use have some competent admins around. A person that CLEARLY cheats, WILL be banned. If a person cheats cleverly, well then again that doesn't disturb me so much after all (as said before, bad for himself). Still I hope that it is possible to ban a cheater FOREVER from the BF2 servers when there is proof of him cheating. Since there is a log-in to do, why shouldn't this be possible... That would be nasty ![]() [EDIT] I'm not sure if doing the log-in, some sort of serial number of your version is read too (but this could prob. be corrected with another fix), but just killing a profile means to kill all his career ![]()
