SH3 Gen war diary copies through to be included in SH3 Commander's career log.
Also, if you select SH3 Commander ship names but leave it unselected in SH3 Gen, no ship names appear in the career log. So it appears that SH3 Gen is overwriting SH3 Commander career log. Edit: SH3 Commanders career log should read SH3 Commanders Patrol Log
