There must be more to this than meets the eye. Maybe Bank of America negligently spilled some hot coffee on his lap as well.

I think he's a visionary. He's just preparing for hyperinflation. By the time he settles this suit and gets his money, it won't be as much as it sounds.

For example, this is what it costs for one beer in Zimbabwe. I think he's just trying to sue for a 12 pack.
