Okay, I should have stated that I am commanding a sub (the Seawolf).
This question actually arises from playing the SC 1.08 Seawolf campaign, but I figured all the post-WWII sub experts hangout in the DW forum these days. Also, I figured that the right answer should be the same for the Seawolf regardless of whether it is SC or DW. Thanks.
