I returned to base ... with one torpedo left. Surfaced.

This is strange in GWX 3.0

It also occurs in RUB, NYGM and every other permutation of SH3, including stock, and SH4 as well. It doesn't happen often, so it gets blamed on whatever mod is being used at the moment.

I never had it before, probably you are correct "it doesn't happen often" ... strange that they could not fix it in SH4?

Rafael, the crew left standing on the bridge in certain circumstances has been corrected in GWX.

What other mods are you using on top of GWX? If I were you, I'd examine them closely.
