Help getting this to go!
Hi, well I have installed again to version 1.5, before I even run for the first time I noticed 2 versions of the SH4 icon are installed one to sh4.exe the other to gu.exe, could someone shed some light, last time I tried the gu.exe but tried to access the net so I deleted the icon and stuck with the sh4.exe version, is this correct?
![]() Also prior to this I ran 3DMark06 3 times consecutively (took half hour) without a hitch so I would assume my computer is running ok. ![]() I ran memtest35 (boot floppy) but this runs for awhile then computer reboots, is this correct, can't find much info on this, also with my computer reset problem this sucks!! ![]() ![]()

Thanks donut!
![]() If my ram is stuffed what would be best: Corsair TWIN2X4096-8500C5C 2x 2GB 4GB DDR2 1066 XMS RAM or: Kingston HyperX 4GB Kits 1066 DDR2 RAM KHX8500D2K2/4G Both around the same price. ![]()

agent.exe and agentsvr active x thing.
Look at your windows system reliability logs, if there is a running process,
that do not like SH4. In my system it was agent.exe and agentsvr active x thing. ![]() I have 32 bit vista.

Windows system is operating fine, so far the problem only showed with SH4, other games/apps such as 3DMark06, Far Cry 2, Crysis, SH3, all work ok, however I did find that my ram is at fault, I set the clock speed & wait states for the ram down below specs and after 3 nav training missions with OM, I haven't had one reset, so I will have to get some new rams, at least the prices are down at the moment, both the above 4gb rams are around AU $100, not bad for 1066mhz!
![]() Still trying to work out the reset problem that hangs the computer causing HDD index errors, had an old PC analyzer card installed from previous machine, have removed that and will test over the next few days without holding the reset button down, have made a few starts now without any problems. ![]()

I have a HD 4850, not sure what the difference is but one thing for sure the damn thing gets very hot, this model is a HIS IceQ 4 and with the fan running flat out still sits in game at around 50 degrees C, hope the next generation cards run cooler.
