Default Question about HP of subs

Hi, just curious about editing the hit points of subs, i've looked at the zon files with mini tweaker and am currently tweaking the zones.cfg file.
I notice that both have hit point values to adjust, which one overrides the other? If at all.
I'm aware that the zones cfg has the different compartments and such for the hit point tweaking but the zon file for the spexific sub has hitpoints as well.
I'm playing the stock v1.4b, no mods installed.

If anyone could shed some light on this for me that would be muchly appreciated, thanks in advance.

I use the longer repair times mod which significantly increases the subs hitpoint values so you might want to download that and look at the zones.cfg with that mod and compare it to the stock one. Should give you an idea of what strings make the difference.
