I for one am getting a bit upset with the arrogance Mookie displays because he thinks he has some special relationship with Neal Stevens.

No one asks to be insulted for asking a question Mookie answers by trolling the thread, with derogatory comments. Mookie seems to think anyone who doesn't agree with his POV and posts a reality beyond his beliefs is some kind of joker who must be put in his place. Now that is ridiculous.

I don't believe in silencing a voice, regardless of the motive or content. How could I defend myself against the slurs if I did that? It would also telegraph a fear of thought which does not exist.

It doesn't mean I cannot complain about the behavior when I find it offensive, as I do Mookies comment(s) in this case.

You have a predilection for posting thread after thread on the same sort of topic. I pointed that out. You're free to take that however you will. You've chosen to take it offensively. The only reason you would do so is that your self image is that of someone who doesn't post thread after thread on the same topic. When presented with something that is at odds with our worldview, our brains naturally react with either fear or anger. So the question becomes, is the issue with my observation on the evidence presented (to wit, your post history) or with your self image. Who's to say?
