I think SubSim should get the ball.
I mean there are a number of great SH3 sites, each pulling their weight in benefitting the community. But I think we need the one that most globally recognized as the leader. I'm sure SubSim's crew knows the routine: get modders' permissions to include their works, compile them onto one or more CDs and sell copies like hotcakes for a reasonable price to those people with download problems.
