Why I'm done...

This is the reason I don't usually post or even read most posts in the "General" area. I'm VERY liberal and there's only so much "Pro-Conservative" and "Liberal" bashing that I can take before it annoys me and considering the fact that it seems that the majority of the people here are hardline conservatives, I'll never be able to post an opinion on anything political without getting dogpiled by passionate conservatives (and nomatter WHAT evidence I would post supporting my arguments would never convince them to change their opinions anyway)
I'm really easy going, respect other people's opinions, and don't usually block anyone but I've actually blocked certain individuals here because of their constant anti-liberal, and anti-aithieism posts.

We are the persecuted minority here, but you just have to let it roll of your back. Besides, if you let it turn into a conservative echo chamber, they get complacent. You gotta throw something in there to jog their critical thinking skills.

This is very interesting to me. From what I gather from certain elements of the right-leaning crowd, they feel that they are the persecuted minority. As someone who has no real allegiance to right or left, it seems that the sides are balanced in terms of numbers. From what I have seen, it is usually the same 3-5 people on the right vs. the same 3-5 on the left.
