What is even better, is that the BO biased media and the DNC are targeting phrases such as "socialist" and "Taking our country back" as being racist. Joe Stalin was white the last time i checked....

At least I can tell my grand kids that I remembered when journalism was an actual profession.

Good way to describe it. I will never watch MSNBC again because of this blatant manipulation of the story. This makes me ask what else is being manipulated???? Probably everything they report!

msnbc IS TOO FAR LEFT..just as fox is TOO FAR RIGHT!

Both will not come into a situation without first trying to attack the "other side".

What is sad is that the media should not be picking sides. They should be reporting a story without slanting in either direction.

AND FOX along with MSNBC HAS CHOOSEN A SIDE!

Fox is a joke when they claim the are UNBIASED. At least MSNBC dont stoop that low.

BUT both are sad IMO!

Anyways..just because the majority of the networks push the same agenda does not make it correct to push so hard the other way.

IMO there's not a single news network worth a crap in America.

I'm not so sure about that. However flawed, Fox reporting is the only dissenting voice among them. Without it there is nothing to keep the others even remotely honest. Perception becomes reality.

The way I see it, Fox is clearly on the right, and (MS)NBC is clearly on the left. Fox does a lot better job of it than MSNBC.

CNN used to be on the left, but now they're just stupid. They're not really even biased, they're just cr*p. CBS is irrelevant in the news world aside from half an hour every night.

In terms of news broadcasts, PBS is actually pretty unbiased. They provide real news, not infotainment like the 24 Hour networks. There's a reason Lehrer gets the first Presidential debate every year. When you get away from the news and into stuff like Frontline, then PBS shows some bias, but in terms of quality Frontline is still miles ahead of anything on the 24 Hour networks.

But the best news networks these days are beyond our borders. CNN International is still very good (which is shocking, considering how awful the regular CNN has become), and the BBC is still the gold standard.

They're saying that they've become euphemisms. "Taking our country back" from what? A democratically elected president? Or a black usurper?

Where were the Teabaggers when the top marginal tax rate was 50% under Reagan? Or 91% under Eisenhower? But they come out of the woodwork and paint Obama as the second coming of Joe Stalin when he wants to go back from 35% to 38.6% Give me a break.

The only difference now is that there's a black man in office, and so we're faced with a political firestorm and ridiculous ideas like birthergate because "he's not one of us". That's the only difference.

And these people cry and say they want their country back. Well if that's their vision of America, it can't go away fast enough.
