Didn't the same happen to some US juveniles while being in boot camps some time ago?
I love it when some people believe they can do whatever they want with others.  We've had our share of that a few decades ago... not a too nice time....

However I seriously doubt prosecution is in the cards. I can say almost certainly there is no videotape and if there was it would never make the news. Thats the difference.
