Yeah, I think the glass breaking/damage warning thing is a standard problem...I experience that too. So it makes sense that the 'woosh' could be a 'misplaced' sound effect as well -- only related to new campaign missions. I don't hear The Woosh when, say, starting a mission from a milk cow.
