Maybe I'm having some reading comprehension problems, but nowhere in the article did I see that Nancy Pelosi insisted that illegal immigrants be covered.

I could urge Nancy Pelosi to exempt me from paying income tax, but that doesn't mean that she insisted that I be.

But as of 2002 (to 2007), with tort reform in place, Texas' annual economic growth jumped to 5%, while California's remained essentially the same at 3.6%.
