I want that hat!

a sign you've played to much sh3 is when your downloading realistic flags in work and one of the sales guys asks "Whats that"
i go on to explain its the german naval flag, the game in europe misses out the swastika which although i'm not a fan of the propaganda and ideals i detest the lack of historical accuracy.
then i look up and find him wearing a yamulke and decide to download stuff from home instead... (he saw the funny side when i explained about the game)

trying to explain to my granfather whats happening on the screen as two of my Eels strike home on a c2 then pause when he asked what country i'm playing as i realised he did in fact have two ships shot out from under him whilst serving in the merchant navy (pacific area)

..when every time you walk along the beach and see ships on the horizon go by, you try to estimate how far the ship is away and what torpedosettings you should use.

You know your stuck on SH3 when you wake up in the middle of the night and scream " CRASH DIVE"

No seriously.

I was once addicted to a game not so long ago called ASHERONS CALL. Its a game not much different from World oF Warcraft!

WOW!

But it has better Player verse Player mechanics ( you can actually slide and move away from incoming spells)

Way better overall IMO then W.O.W.

Graphics will only take you so far.

Anyways.

I was so addicted to this game...My wife claimed that I woke her up in the middle of the night muttering these words " Try this Armour on..its much better"

Not long after I quit

When trying to get the dogs into the basement a couple days ago, they were being laggards, so I bellowed "FLIEGEN! ALAAAAARM!" at them and rushed into the basement. Having no idea what was going on, they followed, whereupon I informed them "Neues tiefen zwo-funf metre" and locked them in the spare room so they wouldn't go ape**** on the labourers.
