Lite Harbor means less ships in harbor and that means less rendering from your graphics card. All that means is higher FPS (frames per second) and a smoother game play. Less or NO STUTTERING! Anyways..try this if you have a problem with stuttering in ANY GAME http://www.iobit.com/gamebooster.html
