I wonder if I flew a airplane in death valley if it would cound as being the lowest flyer...

No, but if you flew one into the bottom of the Mariana Trench, probably

Death Valley is not the lowest place on earth, BTW...

Death valley is the lowest place on the surface of the earth.

Well Denver packed it in in the Arizona Desert I think which is below sea level.
