I have actually been able to get in and out of Tokyo Bay. I went in at night, with a full battery. I snuck in while rigged for silent and once I was detected I continued in running at flank submerged the whole time following the same basic course but having to do course corrections pretty violently to evade the ashcans they kept trying to drop on me. I got in close enough to make take my picture and then turned around and continued back out evading the whole time. It took me 4 hours because I couldn't do much time compression. Once I got back out to deep water I went really deep 400 ft and went back down to silent running and was able to evade. It sucked and took a lot of time. I had a pretty pissed wife because I spent 4 hours in front of the pc doing this 1 mission.
