A long time ago Racerboy was experimenting with that very idea. Don't know what became of it, though.

OK. ok. Just tested this mods along with flag mod by Rubini, it works well, unfortunately Type IIA is missed by both mods and niether have flag, nor exhaust with optional files, but mod's original files does well and as far as I understud they give accurate single exhaust .
