I'm out of town at the moment and am having great difficulty uploading my mods.
You need the GWX 3 - Mission Orders Lite mod. Although it's optimised for GWX 3 it will work with all mods and is in English, French and German. If you ask jimbuna nicely he may be able to help you out.
