Hi, I'm at work right now and I honestly don't know/recognise all the mods your making reference to.
Here's a starter for you: GWX3.0 comes ready packed with a host of mods which are obviously compatable. OLC environmental mod is included. Community units are not compatable. Torpedo Damage Final 2 and Lifeboats & debris v4 are good as is the Q Ship mod (the version for GWX3.0). I'm sure others will chip in to help fill the gaps
