Good job Jim! We were at a intergalactic kegger last weekend. Needless to say the smoking was heavy. My wife and I obstained. Gone to far to thrown in the towel

For the last few days I've been battleing a cold that I was worried it was the Pig flu. lucky it's just a cold.

If I was still smoking it would have turned into pneumonia and a stay in the hospital.

I hope this post is of some small help to the brave members quiting.
