Thanks Fleet Command CC. Got everything working great. This DB editor is a very powerful tool indeed. And yes, it does require caution in using it. I now have to go back in and find out what else needs tweeked for my stock install. I recommend anybody else out there with similar frustrations regarding the stock install follow these directions. The Sovremenny now actually fires a lethal salvo of it's supersonic ASM's like they should.

Fleet Command CC, if you ever find yourself somewhere East of Sacramento approaching Tahoe, I owe you a couple of beers and a plate of BBQ. Thanks again.

Hey Sea Demon,

No probs, I'm glad I could help, that's what these forums are for to help each other. To fix the Slava anti-ship missile launchers, find the specific records and edit them like the Sovremenny.

If you find out any useful post a thread please so we all can tried it out.
