I wasn't aware that there could be mines. Awesome! Do they start appearing right from the start of the campaign?

There are some maps in the GWX manual that outline where some of them generally are.....generally. However, I think I've blundered into more friendly minefields than enemy ones.

I know what you mean hellr1de,i had a look to start in a XXI and managed to blow myself to bits on the mines first time out....BDu was pleased.....

On my first patrol out of Bregen after installing GWX, I was stupid enough to ignore the escort and went out on the southwestern way, like I used to while playing stock. I crashed my brand new XXI into the net. Twice.

I have entered/leaved through that route a couple of times with no problems. Probably a little coincidental. I have always been surfaced, though.
