Have hit the Nelson in there before,
Aim for under B turret and she'll go up

Haven't seen any mines when I've been in there but then I normally cross from the vicinity of Getares (why does the battery there in neutral Spain fire at me ?) aiming for the long pier jutting to the west

my plan... hit nelson, then go for the cruisers, Then raise hell in the port with the merchants then go out the way I came in. The patrols dont seem to be too smart, and ive seen no aircraft.

When General Sherman said: War is cruelty and you cannot refine it, he might have been speaking of games too.

Default Raids on gib

Oh yes I go there often

Go to Cadiz first and save game, next follow coast from Cadiz to gib about
3000 yards of shore,Hug the coast on the west side of the bay at
1000 yards running silent then keep going North until you see Nelson.
Now position yourself next to the depot ship as near as you can and
get an angle on Nelson, aim at her second turret and put a 3rd one
under the stack, now keep next to the depot ship and get an angle
on the 3 cruisers across the bay you will need GE1 torps the weak
spot on the Southampton or town class is under the second turret.
Torps should be at 0 meters set to impact. The London class cruiser
1 torp at 2nd turret another under the stacks and another at the stern,
don't forget the Devonshire she is in the dock, but by now you will
have used all your torps so sink the depot ship and when she is
under make your way to the sunk Nelson surface by her at night and grab
some external torps. Now make your way across the bay to the harbor
and you will see just enough of HMS devonshire bow to get a fix on.
You now have to put 3 torps into her bow,she will go up a treat and
sink bow first list and probably capsize. Now other ships from around
the straights will start to arrive so make your way back and get next
to the sunk Nelson or depot ship, expect some aircraft to try and
bomb you but even though I can hear them at Gibraltar I can never
see them for some reason, but they do drop bombs.hope this helps,
Oh make your way out of the bay the same way you came in.
