I really wonder how such an a**hole can have firearms in the first place. Come on he has been arrested several times before.

On the other hand, no one said that those guns were legally acquired....

Well, von Brunn is probably going to die. According to CNN, he was shot in the head... and he has not regained consciousness yet. For an 88-year-old man, that's a severe thing.

If he doesn't die, then he'll be a vegetable at the very least.
