[REL] Modified Searchlight Beams for GWX3

Thanks for the thanks guys. Seems like a surprisingly popular little mod.

Edit:
I've just replaced the download, in the SUBSIM download section, with a new version. I slightly tweaked the beam so that it's not quite so thin but still the same length and about the same brightness. I also fixed a duplicate ID problem in one of the .dat files and repositioned some of the beams slightly, in order to fix a graphical glitch visible on some beams close-up.
