Its a nice bit of kit but their Customer Care is non existant!

Must admit I've heard that said about them,nice puters with top stuff in them,but.....once they've delivered and got your cash your very much "on your own" attitude from them

,Friend had a desktop with all the whistles and bells fitted,looked wonderful and cost well over a grand £

And that was some years ago

Took him ages to get them to reply about the smallest thing,they just couldn't be bothered

Abandoned St Helena for warmer waters,heading Carribean way!

(I have been waiting for over a month for an AC power supply,in the end a friend of mine maneaged to repair the cable,thankfully the Lappy fired up and so far so good.One of my dogs chewed through the Power cable,i heard a Fzzzzzzzzzzzzzt and got a black screen.To all intents it was dead!Just try and get an AC power supply that draws 9.3 Amp off the internet and youll see what i was up against)
