Yes it happens.Last night i sunk to darkened ships that later show as neutrals.But thats what they deserve when you travel darkened in warzone.

To be honest with you I've altered the main renown thingy so that sinking neutrals doesn't count against me just for this such event.
If its lit like the proverbial X-mas tree then fine,

But if its like your situation then I reckon its fair game,Especially if its 'Packing Heat'
