I changed the TC to 2048 but even that takes a while to do anything, and SH3 just isn't really optimized for anything over 1024. 2048 works when there isn't anything around. My first patrol is up already and it was rather uneventful since the war hasn't even started yet.  I started getting bored sailing around watching targets sail by because the war hadn't started. I decided to head back to base so it starts the next time I head out.  It was a good shakedown cruise, though.
