BladeHeart Chief Join Date: Mar 2005 Posts: 320 Downloads: 0 Uploads: 0	Gonzman If it helps; when I started a career using SH3Cmdr in a Type VIIb I had one Oberlleutnant with 500 experience and only one skill. 500 experience is the max level for that particular officer so he was des for transfer/ promotion upon retunr from any patrol. Personal preference is such that I spent renown on a less experienced and more qualified officer from the barracks.
