Easier still, simply go here: http://www.filehippo.com/

Scroll down to the Compression and Backup section and click on 7zip

A page will open with a green section on the right...click on the 'download latest version'

You can either run it from there or save it to desktop or another folder of your choice and install it into your pc from that folder.

From here, I'm assuming that the 7-zip file will allow me to decompress the file. I will then move the appropriate folder to the MODS folder and install with JSMBE.
