It does stop the craving to smoke. It is spitless. The spiced flavors are great. The package it comes in is about $1.00 less than cigarettes. I usually have one small packet (15 in a can) and it lasts about 2 hours. Normally in that two hours I have 4 cigarettes. So these really help.

Yup, I'm familiar with snus, tried it once. Just not that easy to get here in Finland as (IIRC) selling/buying/importing is illegal. And then again, I've seen some nasty photos of longtime snus users' mouths, not pretty. And lastly, why would I want to give up smoking and then switch to snus?
