Actually, here it was the other way around! Oinc Oinc Oinc...

I heard that the vaccine of last year of the flu, gives partial or better,makes the imune system of the person more resistent becuase the vaccine has also the H1N1, since this new type is a mutation of this! Do no know if it's true!

Think I read somewhere that while 50 000 000 people died of the spanish flu, 97% or so of everyone that caught the flu survived. Anyone can verify?

Wikipedia says that an estimated 1 billion people caught the Spanish flu, so that number looks about right. There's a huge spread in the numbers regarding the Spanish flu.

The Spanish flu was unusual in that it was more deadly in younger and healthier patients. There are some signs that the same is true for the current swine flu.

Yet the only death so far in the US was some poor 2 year old mexican kid whom came to the US for treatment.

Cmon people.
