Sound Recorder, which came free with your computer, can change the volume of .wav files. I use it all the time.

![]() I was curious about the Silent Editor solution. Worked fine but it was a little bit weird that the sh.sdl doesn't even seem to list all of the sound files in my sound directory. The one that was definitely missing was the Wave_bad_weather.wav. I think I found the right entry nonetheless and will test it immediately. Last edited by ichso; 04-28-09 at 04:27 AM. |
