Today, I am trying to do WhiteCapsSplash,only just the beginning,First made a GIF to show you.
Many problems that need to be resolved, but I am confident that the completion it.

If I understood the gif correctly you are positioned them around the sub model rather than be a "normal" wave behavior (appearing only when the waves and wind are related). If this is the case, then they would be always appear in precise position depending on subs movement and speed.

Even if you dont suceed to make the splash appear randomly, i would like to use this gif anyway because it adds a lot to the atmosphere in my opinion!

If don't make the splash appear randomly,most difficult to be edit the Shaders document , which involves programming,Also need to produce a 3D model,I can not complete a separate.
I hope I can find a good method to do it.
