You can, but its not advisable, unless your confident with the setup, especially if you're using different Supermods. You would have to use JSGME to load/unload any files into SH3Commander, it would be best to put a seperate JSGME into the SH3 Commander folder to do this. Then you would have to re-direct Cmdr to the SH3 path in Options each time you want to change SH3 and always remember to roll-back first or set it to auto. I don't know if you could have shortcuts with different extensions to get Commander to load the correct SH3 path. Also other considerations such as fatigue model, GWX uses a different one to NYGM, there's that many negative's with the idea that using a seperate cmdr for each installation is far the best and easiest way.
